Patient Reference Group

A patient Reference Group is an email group of interested patients.  If you are happy to be contacted from time to time from us here at the surgery about patient questionnaires or if we require direct feedback from patients on a proposed change etc, we will email you - if you are happy to be involved please follow the link to the PRG information and contact form and complete the section and send it to us.
